Role OverviewLead/Senior Product Manager to spearhead Data Product(s) at Enterprise Singapore. The role focuses on leading the data strategy, initiatives, and transformation of digital data products in the agency.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute data product strategy, champion the data platform and analytics management as part of the agency data office.
- Drive and articulate the vision and outcomes of the data product(s) and align the product backlog to meet data needs while ensuring user‑friendliness, security, scalability and data quality.
- Responsible for driving usage adoption across the organisation.
- Work with a multi‑disciplinary team—including data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, software engineers and product managers—to deliver data/AI initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Translate and embed data governance policies and management as part of the data platform.
- Experienced product manager with strong track record of leading data platforms in end‑to‑end implementations.
- Advocate for meaningful initiatives that impact the business using data.
- Experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product‑Centric Development.
- Deep involvement in data operations through understanding of use cases and impact, data landscape and lineage, engineering and platform capabilities.
- Outcome‑focused leader who guides strategic discussions and builds trust through demonstrated expertise in product management and practices.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across design, development, product and stakeholder teams to achieve shared success.
- Maintain high standards for data quality, usability and accessibility while ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business objectives.
- Experience delivering AI initiatives that leverage data.
- Hands‑on experience with Python and ML/AI models, or software development (advantageous but not required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 9 to 12 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven ability and experience on data platforms and technologies.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Desire to train, guide and mentor junior team members.
