IT Risk Specialist Job Singapore,IT/Tech

Job Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Develop and implement IT risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's risk posture.
Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and reviews of IT systems, applications, and processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT risk management practices are integrated into business operations and project life cycles.
Monitor and report on IT risk metrics, trends, and incidents to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide guidance and training to employees on IT risk management practices and promote a culture of risk awareness.
Stay updated on emerging IT risks, technologies, and regulatory requirements to proactively address potential threats.
Support incident response and business continuity planning efforts to minimize the impact of IT disruptions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of IT risk frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar standards.
Experience with risk assessment methodologies, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services or technology sectors is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
