Operational Analytics Manager; Temporary

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague to join our team as an Operational Analytics Manager for a 1-year temporary assignment.

• Leading logistics, planning, manufacturing, and C&P analytics
• Partnering with Operations and C&P teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Facilitating communication between operational stakeholders and analytics/IT teams, clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities
• Monitoring and prioritizing the operational analytics backlog
• Contributing to and leading data cleansing activities in source systems
• Leading and reporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Operations and C&P teams
• Ensuring reports and KPIs comply with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Supporting or leading documentation updates, user training, and post-deployment stabilization of operational reporting

• University degree from an engineering department (preferably Industrial & Computer Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years experience regarding IT data systems management
• Have enough authority and credibility to help and lead operation teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate openly and with a convincing manner

• Head office located in Ataşehir
• Flexible working hours – decide your daily 8‑hour work period
• Allowance for home office expenses during remote days
• Fully remote work for 4 weeks during July and August
• Early finish on Fridays during summer (July & August) at 15:00
