Senior UKG WFM Consultant Remote

Join Align HCM as a Senior UKG WFM System Consultant, working remotely to guide organizations through UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations. Utilize your expertise in workforce management and coaching to significantly impact client outcomes.
This senior role is pivotal as you lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM projects and UTA migrations, ensuring best practices throughout the process. Your responsibilities will involve managing complex configurations, mentoring junior consultants, and facilitating client meetings effectively. You'll leverage your deep product knowledge while contributing to high-quality, successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UKG Pro WFM project implementations and UTA migrations

• Mentor junior consultants on product knowledge and consulting skills

• Configure complex WFM and UTA rules accurately

• Facilitate client meetings to drive decisions

• Create and maintain essential project documentation
Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in Time & Attendance solutions

• At least 5 years of UKG Pro WFM experience

• Strong project management skills from kickoff to go-live

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Active UKG Pro WFM certification or commitment to obtain
