Technical Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Consultant based in our Cape Town office.

The role operates a hybrid model with 3 days working from home per week and supports the North America region, working hours 14:30 - 23:00 SA time.

• Work with clients to understand their needs.
• Turn business requirements into technical specifications.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and solicit feedback.
• Train clients on the MRI Toolkit.
• Migrate client databases to MRI Cloud.
• Install MRI products on self-hosted client servers.
• Complete data conversions from source software to MRI.
• Create reports using MRI Toolkit and SSRS.
• Share knowledge and improve internal processes.

• Client focus and passion for quality.
• Dedicated, conscientious, detail oriented.
• Strong organization, project, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL (preferred).
• Experience in programming is a plus.
• Professional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and train others.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer/client service or consulting is helpful.
