Solux Tech is a London-based startup venture lab building at the intersection of AI, technology, operations, and compliance-enabled systems. We believe AI is fundamentally changing how products and software are built, but strong judgement, systems thinking, and engineering fundamentals still matter.
As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a full‑time UI/UX Designer to support the design and improvement of client‑facing digital products, AI‑enabled workflows.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help translate complex business, consulting and AI‑related outputs into clear, user‑friendly and commercially practical digital interfaces.
This role is not limited to visual design. The successful candidate will work across user research, user journey mapping, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing and interface optimisation.
The successful candidate will support both internal product development and client project delivery, including AI‑enabled workflows, onboarding journeys, digital dashboards, service delivery portals and client‑facing process tools.
Key Responsibilities- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface layouts for web‑based and AI‑enabled platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback analysis.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical digital product designs.
- Work with the other team members to improve client‑facing digital workflows.
- Create clear product documentation, process maps and design specifications.
- Support user testing, feedback collection and iterative product improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Product Design, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Claude Design, Figma, Sketch or similar products.
- Familiarity with dashboard design, product analytics concepts or data visualisation principles.
- Ability to translate complex business or technical concepts into clear user‑facing designs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and ability to design for real business use cases.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, early‑stage technology and consulting environment.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping shape products that are still evolving.
- Experience supporting early‑stage product development or startup‑style delivery teams.
- Experience working in consulting, SaaS workflow‑based products, or other business software domains are advantageous.
We are looking for someone who is practical, commercially aware and comfortable working across design, technology and consulting delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to combine strong UI/UX design skills with an understanding of how businesses use digital tools, AI‑enabled workflows and client‑facing systems.
This role would suit a candidate who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment and can help turn complex ideas into usable, scalable and client‑ready digital products.
