Role DescriptionThis is a fixed term (6 month minimum) full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Technician. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting computers, mobile devices and printers. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in London.
The successful candidate will be provided with a company mobile phone and laptop. You should have experience of ticketing systems for IT support, and in supporting and troubleshooting issues for end users over the phone, email and remote support software. Good communication is essential as you will often need to explain problems and solutions to non-technical people.
Essential Skills- Proven problem-solving ability
- Technical Support and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with supporting desktop and mobile operating systems
- Strong communication skills via phone, email and Microsoft Teams
- Basic computer repair skills
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or Apple Business Manager
- Experience with Microsoft Entra
- Relevant IT certifications
- Level 2 or higher helpdesk experience
