Position: Constituent Analytics Analyst - Hybrid Role
Drive data-driven insights at Heart & Stroke as a Constituent Analytics Analyst in this hybrid role. Support fundraising programs through analytics, segmentation, and effective strategy development.

In this 13-month contract position, you'll contribute your analytical skills to enhance the Foundation's lottery program and overall fundraising endeavors. Collaborating across departments, your expertise in data management and operations will promote informed decision-making to boost supporter engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer behavior and develop segmentation strategies

• Manage campaign performance reports with tools like Big Query and Power BI

• Collaborate on multi-channel direct marketing campaigns

• Document data protocols for knowledge sharing

• Ensure accurate and timely data operations with partners

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of analytics or data management experience

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau

• Familiarity with CRM and Cloud Analytics platforms

• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, DAX for data analysis

• University degree in analytics, data science, or related field
