As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be essential in addressing customer incidents via various communication channels.
Your role will cover the entire incident lifecycle, from initial triage to full resolution, emphasizing process enhancement and improving technical documentation. Strong experience with communication technologies will benefit your contributions to a mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for customer technical incidents
• Document and escalate unresolved issues swiftly
• Drive incident resolution and maintain transparent communication
• Improve knowledge base with new articles
• Ensure issues are resolved and performance metrics met
Requirements:
• 3+ years in technical support or similar role
• Prior experience in a fully remote support setting
• Knowledge of Windows and RF trunking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach towards security and accuracy
