Product Intallation Representative
The Representative, Product Installation is responsible for ensuring timely shipments of all inter-territorial shipments to Canon Canada’s Dealer Channel. This position maintains good dealer relations through timely processing of rebate claims, while ensuring compliance and validity of these claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining all shipment tracking numbers and help resolve all lost or damaged shipments

Entering all shipment data into tracking workbooks

Coordinating inter-territorial shipments of product between dealer channels throughout Canada

Reviewing and assessing dealer rebate claims against a set of predetermined rules. Either promote to management, decline the claim, or bounce the claim back to the dealer

Compiling various reports for the monthly Senior Management meetings

Reviewing Direct Sales disbursements to the indirect channels

To Succeed, You Will Need:

A minimum of 3 years of work experience

Intermediate analytical skills to review and validate dealer rebate claims against established rules

Intermediate computer/technical skills to use pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formulas in Excel

Intermediate time management/multi-tasking skills to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders during month-end, while meeting all deadlines

Compensation Range: $47,700 to $51,500 annually.
