About the Job
We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery, enable high‑performing teams and ensure alignment with Barclays delivery risk and regulatory frameworks.
Hybrid WorkingThe places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives - Act as a servant leader to drive Scrum adoption and team effectiveness
- Identify, manage and remove impediments impacting delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness
- Track and report Agile metrics: velocity, burndown, sprint progress
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards
- 10 years of IT experience with 6 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks:
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe - Hands‑on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies and cross‑team coordination
- Scrum certification: CSM, PSM, SAFe and experience in banking/financial services preferred
