Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician
Salary: £30, - open to discussions based on experience
Location: Fully remote - applicants to be based in NI
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am

1+ year in IT support/helpdesk
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows, networking (IP/DNS/VPN), and SaaS tools
Great communication and customer focus

Desirable:

Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing tools
Familiarity with VoIP/SIP based systems
Exposure to financial services
