Key Responsibilities:

• Red team conversational AI to identify vulnerabilities

• Annotate data, classify failures, and flag risks

• Follow structured taxonomies and benchmarks for testing

• Document findings through reports and datasets

• Work independently to improve AI performance

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Telugu

• Experience in red teaming and AI adversarial work

• Ability to explain risks to technical/non-technical teams

• Strong background in cybersecurity or socio-technical analysis

• Creative skills in psychology or writing preferred
