Remote Associate Business Process Consultant

Crossfuze seeks a skilled Associate Business Process Consultant. Engage with clients, gather requirements, and enhance business processes using Service Now remotely from Canada.
This fully remote position allows you to collaborate closely with clients and project teams. You'll utilize your strong stakeholder engagement skills to lead workshops, facilitate testing, and develop training materials on the Service Now platform. As a key liaison between customers and technical teams, you will drive improvements and ensure quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and analyze current business processes with stakeholders

• Guide clients in leveraging Service Now functionalities

• Support functional testing and user acceptance efforts

• Develop workshop agendas and necessary project documentation

• Recommend solutions for business process enhancements
Requirements:

• Two years in a Business Process role or similar

• Familiarity with Agile concepts and delivery

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Completion of Service Now Fundamentals preferred

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Visio and Excel
