Enhance user satisfaction as an IT Help Desk Analyst at Reagent Chemical & Research, LLC in Ringoes, NJ. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support in a hybrid work environment.
This role is vital as you serve as the primary contact for technical assistance and issue resolution. You will manage support requests, optimize the help desk ticketing system, and ensure effective user productivity. Strong troubleshooting skills and a focus on customer service are essential for continuous improvement in IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer help desk calls and logging user details
• Prioritize and triage incoming support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Provide hands-on desktop support and installation
• Maintain accurate records within the ticketing system
Requirements:
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift 15-25 pounds occasionally
