We are expanding our team of dedicated individuals on a mission to make an impact and drive growth for our clients. WX Digital Agency is a Platinum Hub Spot Partner providing website development & integrations, branding & design, and growth services. We work with clients across the US and Europe.

As a Senior Hub Spot Consultant at WX, you will work closely with our clients to translate their business needs into customized Hub Spot solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal use of the different Hubs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Hub Spot, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do at WX:

• Collaborate with clients to identify their business goals and objectives.
• Design, configure, and implement Hub Spot solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to optimize the client's use of Hub Spot.
• Lead Hub Spot onboarding and training sessions for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and consultation.
• Monitor and report on the performance of Hub Spot implementations, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Define and manage the scope, goals, and deliverables of Hub Spot projects.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance of all delivered work.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience with Hub Spot, you can demonstrate proof of track record by submitting work examples, certifications, or recommendation letters.
• You are fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical and technical skills: familiarity with Hub Spot’s API, data migration and mapping, experience with the Hub Spot/Salesforce Integration, and advanced workflow knowledge.
• You are open to working with team members from different time zones and backgrounds (we are a global team).
• You establish fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and build rapport to influence decisions at all levels.
• You are hands-on, organized, and pay attention to detail.
