Your New Role
As a Temporary Legal Support and Contracts Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the North American legal function. Reporting into senior legal leadership, you’ll manage the legal intake process, oversee contract lifecycle management systems, and support the review and negotiation of vendor and supplier agreements
Key responsibilities include
- Managing the legal team inbox and internal ticketing system, triaging and escalating requests as needed
- Administering the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, including troubleshooting, reporting, and maintaining contract records
- Reviewing, triaging, and supporting negotiations of vendor and supplier agreements
- Updating contract templates and escalating non-standard legal terms where appropriate
- Communicating professionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
- Supporting legal operations including calendar coordination, insurance renewals, and other administrative functions

What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of corporate legal contracting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience reviewing and revising vendor and supplier contracts
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
- Fluency in English;
French language skills are an asset
Preferred:
Experience in staffing, consulting, or fast-paced professional services environments is highly valued
