Freelance Remote SAP Warranty Claims Consultant

We are looking for an experienced  SAP Warranty Claims Consultant  to support our client project with strong expertise in  SAP Warranty, SAP SD, SAP CS / Service Management, and claims processing workflows .

Role:  SAP Warranty Claims Consultant
Job Type:  Part-Time / Contract / Remote
Work Mode:  Remote
Engagement:  Flexible hours based on project requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP warranty claims processes

• Analyze business requirements related to warranty & claims

• Configure and enhance SAP warranty-related processes

• Support warranty claim creation, validation, adjudication & settlement

• Work with OEM, dealer, customer, and supplier warranty workflows

• Coordinate with SAP SD, CS, and FI/CO teams for end-to-end delivery

• Support warranty cost recovery, credit memo, and financial postings

Experience:

✅ Strong SAP Warranty Claims process knowledge
✅ Warranty configuration experience
✅ Warranty types:
Standard, Extended, Third-party
✅ Warranty counters:
Time-based, Usage-based, Mileage-based
✅ Warranty determination logic & coverage parameters
✅ SAP SD warranty configuration:
Item categories
Pricing procedures
Condition types
Output determination
Credit memo processing
✅ SAP CS / Service Management:
Service notifications
Service orders
Equipment / Functional Location
Warranty objects

Preferred Experience:

• Automotive / Heavy Equipment OEM experience

• VIN-based warranty processing

• Dealer warranty claim submission & settlement

• SAP S/4

HANA Service Management experience
