Role Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented  Data Operations Specialist  with strong expertise in  Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets  to support our business operations and data management activities.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with large datasets, solving data-related challenges, building reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting business teams with actionable insights.
While experience with  Airtable  is preferred, the primary focus of this role is on  advanced spreadsheet management, data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and operational support .
Excellent communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves regular interaction with US-based stakeholders and non-technical business users.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
Manage, organize, and maintain large datasets across Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
Clean, validate, and reconcile operational data from multiple sources.
Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records and resolve inconsistencies.
Perform data matching and cross-verification across systems.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency at all times.
Advanced Excel & Google Sheets
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
Utilize advanced formulas and functions including:
VLOOKUP
XLOOKUP
INDEX-MATCH
QUERY
ARRAY FORMULA
IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
TEXT Functions
Nested Functions
Build Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards, and Management Reports.
Perform data analysis and generate business insights.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible.
Reporting & Business Support
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Generate reports for management and client-facing teams.
Analyze trends and identify data anomalies.
Assist business teams in making data-driven decisions.
Support operational workflows and reporting requirements.
Airtable Support (Preferred)
Manage Airtable views, filters, linked records, forms, and permissions.
Support imports, exports, and data organization activities.
Troubleshoot day-to-day Airtable issues.
Maintain clean and structured Airtable databases.
Stakeholder Communication
Coordinate with US-based teams and business stakeholders.
Understand requirements from non-technical users.
Explain data issues and solutions in a simple and professional manner.
Provide timely updates and resolutions.
