The Talent Room is seeking an IT Business Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical assistance and ensure high customer satisfaction standards. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, supporting customer setups, and driving first-time resolution of support requests.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a networking environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams. Candidates with Mikro Tik Certification and knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and PABX will be preferred.
