We are seeking a hands‑on CTO to lead the technology strategy, product engineering, and AI innovation roadmap for a high‑growth fintech SaaS business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable platforms, launching AI‑powered products, and leading engineering teams through rapid growth.
Requirements- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering).
- Proven experience building and scaling fintech SaaS products from 0→1.
- Track record of launching AI/ML‑powered solutions into production.
- Strong expertise in cloud‑native SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern Dev Ops/MLOps practices.
- Hands‑on experience in fintech domains such as payments, lending, wealth management, insurance, or banking‑as‑a‑service.
- Experience leading engineering organizations through high‑growth phases and scaling teams.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulated environments.
- Builder mindset with startup experience and the ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience scaling companies through Series A/B/C growth stages.
- Familiarity with open banking, payment rails, and core banking integrations.
- Exposure to agentic AI architectures and AI‑driven financial workflows.
- Founder or early‑stage startup leadership experience.
