Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Develop and implement IT risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's risk posture.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and reviews of IT systems, applications, and processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure IT risk management practices are integrated into business operations and project life cycles.
  • Monitor and report on IT risk metrics, trends, and incidents to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on IT risk management practices and promote a culture of risk awareness.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT risks, technologies, and regulatory requirements to proactively address potential threats.
  • Support incident response and business continuity planning efforts to minimize the impact of IT disruptions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of IT risk frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar standards.
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
