Rocken® in Zürich sucht einen IT-Support-Spezialisten, der für die Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungen im Remote-Service-Bereich verantwortlich ist. Sie werden IT-Infrastrukturprobleme analysieren und lösen sowie Kundensysteme betreuen und pflegen.
