We are currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join the Foundever family. This role is 80% virtual and 20% onsite (within reasonable driving distance from the Green Valley Datacenter). As a member of our IT team you will build your skillset while gaining exposure to multiple environments and challenges. We work with major vendors and deploy the latest technologies for clients and associates.

• Work on assigned tickets based on a ticket queue and priority
• Work on large-scale IT projects in multi-language and multi-cultural environments across multiple time zones
• Submit change requests to complete project or ticket-related work after hours
• Provide network design solutions for new deployments together with documentation according to organizational standards
• Provide detailed documentation for client and facilities in the form of Wiki articles and MS Visio diagrams
• Remediate security vulnerabilities on firewalls, switches and routers
• Implement and optimize firewall rules based on organizational standards
• Assist with creation of yearly budget for equipment refresh
• Deploy new equipment at call center facilities and data centers
• Analyze and provide solutions for client connectivity according to organizational standards
• Troubleshoot client-impacting incidents and resolve complex network-related issues while complying with security standards and MTTR metrics
• Continuous training and development through online training and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to manage large or medium-size projects, develop documentation, and testing processes
• Ability to understand and support security applications in a networking environment (Firewall, VPN, IPS, Proxy)
• Level 3 support for complex enterprise break/fix
• Install, administer and troubleshoot layer 2 and 3 switching (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus) and Routing MPLS WAN technologies
• Understanding and troubleshooting VPNs, Firewalls (Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point)
• Experience with FTD and FMC is a plus
• Experience with corporate Meraki Wireless networks is a plus
• Practical experience with routing protocols BGP, IGP, OSPF
• Practical understanding of VOIP/SIP
• Mentor engineers in technology and processes
• Able to participate in meetings with management and clients, contribute suggestions, and develop enterprise infrastructure designs
• Ability to drive and work as part of a team on larger projects
• Excellent communication skills

• Essential:
  Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CCNP with equivalent experience, with proven specialization in either voice or security or equivalent experience
• Preferred: CCDA or CCDP
• Check Point Firewall
• F5
• Cabling standards for SMF, MMF, Copper

• Up to 30% domestic travel
• Ability to work different shifts and extended hours
• Ability to lift 40 lbs overhead
• Have a valid driver’s license
