CIBC seeks an experienced professional to provide second-level support within its Application Operations team. Your responsibilities will include managing escalations, diagnosing system outages, and collaborating with technology partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide investigation and support for client technical issues
• Maintain logs and prioritize issues based on impact
• Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Azure and automation tools
