Role Overview

You will connect application operation, department, IT, and project work, analyzing complex issues and ensuring central systems work reliably. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting departments and IT teams with application‑related questions and issues.

Your main responsibilities will include analyzing complex disturbances, clarifying causes and effects, coordinating adjustments and changes, and ensuring a clean documentation of processes and solutions.

• Completed education or further education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable practical experience.
• Several years of experience in the field of business applications, application management, 2nd level, application management, IT business, or professional system responsibility.
• Good understanding of business processes, system relationships, and the needs of different user groups.
• Experience with incidents, changes, releases, testing, documentation, and project work.
• Safe handling of professional requirements, technical clarifications, and solution‑oriented communication.
