Remote Oracle Fusion Business Analyst

In this role, you will contribute to a critical eCRM initiative for a major enterprise client. As an experienced Business Analyst, you will engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure effective CRM implementation. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance functionality for government services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate business requirements accurately

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions successfully

• Translate requirements into functional specifications

• Support Agile testing, training, and deployment

• Develop detailed documentation and user guides

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Business Analysis roles

• 2+ years of CRM platform experience

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Dynamics 365, Salesforce

• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops practices

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
