Join Altis Technology as a Bilingual Helpdesk Specialist, providing essential IT support in both French and English. This hybrid role focuses on technical troubleshooting and user coaching.
As a Bilingual Helpdesk Specialist, you’ll support Federal Government clients by delivering first to third-level technical assistance. This includes troubleshooting software and hardware issues, maintaining ticket documentation, and assisting with Windows 11 upgrades. You will be collaborating with IT teams to enhance solution delivery and contribute to user training regarding IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first to third-level technical support
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, Teams, and in person
• Support Windows 11 upgrades and software updates
• Maintain comprehensive ticket documentation
• Deliver user coaching and IT support training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Secret security clearance required
