INTERNATIONAL FRENCH SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD. seeks an IT-Support Technician to deliver both on-site and remote Level 1 support to end users. This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring devices, and managing support tickets effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in IT support, hold an ITIL certification, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Working hours are 40 hours per week, with shifts operating from 7:30am to 6pm.
