Appian Solutions Architect - Remote

Lead the Appian practice at Cogency Inc. as a remote Appian Solutions Architect. This role blends pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery leadership to drive enterprise-grade outcomes.

Cogency Inc. seeks a seasoned expert with extensive experience in the Appian platform for this full-time remote role. You will engage in business development, defining solutions, and guiding teams through app delivery. Your focus will include cross-industry opportunities across financial services, healthcare, and public sector, emphasizing strong communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new Appian opportunities in target sectors

• Lead RFP responses and client proposals with detailed scope definitions

• Present Appian capabilities to technical and executive stakeholders

• Own end-to-end Appian solution architecture and design

• Mentor Appian developers and manage project delivery

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Appian, 3+ years in solution architect role

• Appian Certified Lead Developer required

• Proven client-facing proposal experience

• Deep knowledge of Appian integrations and architecture

• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders
