Reporting to the Senior VP-HCM Practice, you'll leverage 5+ years of Dayforce experience. Your expertise will ensure successful end-to-end implementations alongside clients in HR, Operations, and IT. By collaborating with internal teams, you will enhance project delivery and client satisfaction through effective training and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle Dayforce WFM implementations
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering with stakeholders
• Configure scheduling, time & attendance policies
• Develop implementation documentation and training materials
• Deliver tailored end-user and administrator training
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of Dayforce WFM implementation experience
• Strong understanding of WFM principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage priorities in a remote setting
• Dayforce certification in WFM is a plus
