We are looking for a Team Lead/Manager Business Analyst – Digital Banking with 15+ years of experience, who will lead and mentor a team of talented Business Analysts while actively contributing to project delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all BA deliverables, and prepare future leaders through knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders, identify gaps between existing products and client needs, and propose solutions.
- Analyze business requirements, create detailed specifications, and map them to modules/features, ensuring alignment between business, solution, and development teams.
- Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Perform market research, collect feature recommendations from clients, build and prioritize a pipeline of requirements, and support the Product Director in creating the product roadmap.
- Act as a consultant during the discovery phase to provide business value analysis and identify innovative opportunities.
- Support project managers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle (Waterfall or Agile), including reviewing and executing test cases, training business users, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Provide support and guidance to presales and professional services teams on new system features.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring effective time management and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years in a team lead or manager role.
- Solid knowledge of digital channels.
- Proven experience in digital banking, including comprehensive knowledge of mobile and internet banking features and functionalities.
- Thorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions such as Card Operations, Digital Banking, Retail Onboarding, and Account Opening.
- Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and process flows using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards and experience with design mockups is an asset.
- Experience in writing documentation for software applications or products.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A high level of English proficiency is required.
