Technical Consultant for ServiceNow Solutions

Shape innovative Service Now solutions as a Principal Technical Consultant with Crossfuze. Collaborate with clients on process modeling and automation while maintaining remote work flexibility.

In this role, serve as an expert in Service Now, guiding clients through process re-engineering and improvement. You'll support customer workshops, develop critical documentation, and oversee project delivery. With your background, you'll juggle multiple projects, ensuring tight alignment with Service Now best practices for configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process definition and improvement workshops

• Advise on leveraging Service Now for business enhancements

• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria

• Lead technical project delivery and oversight

• Provide training to future system administrators

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Service Now implementation and customization

• 4+ years with web technologies (XML, HTML, etc.)

• Remote work capability with flexibility

• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and architecture

• Service Now System Administrator and Developer Certifications
