Align HCM seeks an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to spearhead the design, architecture, and delivery of comprehensive Dayforce solutions. In this senior position, you'll be the technical go-to for complex client engagements, facilitating integration and workflow solutions across various HCM modules. Your expertise will directly influence project outcomes, promote best practices, and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own Dayforce solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle
• Transform client business objectives into actionable solution designs
• Design custom solutions using the Dayforce Extensibility Framework
• Develop integrations via APIs and middleware
• Guide clients in AI module use cases and governance best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Dayforce architecture experience
• Proficiency in modern APIs and middleware
• Demonstrated knowledge of Dayforce AI modules
• Experience with generative AI tools for solution design
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills
