Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major ERP modernization initiative focused on Revenue and Cash Management systems. This strategic project will replace existing corporate revenue management, taxation, utility billing, and cash management systems with a modern, integrated solution that supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial management, and enhanced customer service.
Reporting to the Project Steering Committee, the Project Manager will provide leadership, coordination, and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
This role requires a highly collaborative professional with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, and vendor coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Governance- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout.
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, resource plans, and governance documentation.
- Prepare executive‑level reports, dashboards, presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate activities across business, technical, vendor, and implementation work streams.
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure alignment between concurrent ERP modernization initiatives and related project dependencies.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and decision‑making meetings.
- Develop and execute communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management strategies.
- Support business readiness, user adoption, and training initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with project sponsors, business leaders, SMEs, vendors, and technical teams.
- Support requirements gathering, validation, and documentation activities.
- Facilitate business process reviews and optimization initiatives.
- Assist with solution design reviews and alignment of business requirements.
- Coordinate data migration, integration, testing, deployment, and system implementation activities.
- Support operational readiness planning and transition‑to‑support activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support procurement activities and vendor onboarding processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate implementation partner activities and project deliverables.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading large‑scale ERP implementation or replacement projects.
- Demonstrated success managing complex business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with project governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating vendors, implementation partners, and cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of data migration, systems integration, testing, deployment, and change management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing stakeholder needs in a complex environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience with in municipal, government, or public‑sector environments.
- Business analysis and business process improvement experience.
- Organizational change management experience.
- Experience with citizen‑facing digital services and revenue management systems.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
- Remote work permitted; however, attendance at onsite meetings, workshops, governance sessions, and stakeholder engagements will be required.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Availability during regular Mountain Time business hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
- Occasional evening or after‑hours support may be required during testing, deployments, or critical project milestones.
