Role Overview
Help scale Arc’teryx’s strategic digital adoption platform that enables technology business users and teams to adopt digital transformation initiatives to meet and exceed the company’s strategic goals. Reporting to the SAP Training Manager, you will shape how the platform is governed and used across the business, balancing day‑to‑day execution with longer‑term product vision. Your hands‑on ownership will drive process and standard development, establish scalable governance, analyze usage patterns, and extend the platform across Arc’teryx as the tool of choice in a blue‑sky implementation landscape.

Meet Your Future TeamThe ERP and Corporate Applications team is part of the Technology vertical. You will collaborate with product managers and diverse stakeholders across supply chain, design, people & culture, and other critical business functions to implement best‑in‑class digital adoption practices.
Core Activities- Manage and improve the adoption of our DAP, ensuring smooth operation, accessibility, and effectiveness in meeting digital transformation goals.
- Build, engage, and scale a community of power users in a decentralized operating model.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical knowledge owners to develop engaging training content within the tool.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on DAP functionality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the user experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and providing timely product‑related advice.
- Define, monitor, and maintain content quality standards to ensure hygiene.
- Own content transports from editor to test to production, establishing repeatable protocols.
- Train and onboard new users effectively.
- Establish governance guardrails, content standards, naming conventions, and role guidelines for hygiene, reusability, and scalability.
- Own analytics and insights, analyze usage patterns, and make recommendations.
- Drive operating and enablement models, including user training, documentation, and office hours.
- Scale Walk Me as an enterprise platform, supporting new use cases while maintaining health and hygiene.
- Triage support tickets related to incidents or operational support.
- Manage rollout of new training assets into a larger knowledge base for onboarding.
- Create content on the DAP Platform—Smart Walk Thrus, Launchers, etc.—and deploy to users.
- 8+ years in digital adoption, product, platform, or enterprise SaaS roles with hands‑on experience designing or supporting in‑app guidance at scale.
- Deep understanding of point‑of‑use enablement, user pain points, and appropriate countermeasures.
- Direct experience or certification in the Walk Me Digital Adoption Platform.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Walk Me or similar DAP products, capable of proactively troubleshooting and advising users.
- Proven success scaling similar DAP software and a passion for building.
- Knowledge of content and governance standards, with prior implementation experience.
- Experience with DAP integrations is an asset.
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
- Experience with SAP GUI and/or Fiori is an asset.
- Self‑guided individual demonstrating autonomous leadership and a growth mindset.
Salary range: CAD $82,000 – CAD $108,000.
The range reflects market alignment and role scope. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and responsibilities.
