We’re looking for a Business Development Manager EMEA to accelerate growth for our asset tracking and visibility solutions across the airline and cargo sectors through IoT & Software. What You'll Do:
- Drive new business and account expansion for Sky Cell’s IoT and software solutions across the EMEA airline and cargo ecosystem.
- Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Execute account-based strategies that identify new opportunities and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design the right solutions, grow the pipeline, and share customer insights that shape Sky Cell’s digital roadmap.
- Represent Sky Cell at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences as a credible, knowledgeable partner.
- Maintain clear and accurate CRM records, forecasting opportunities and ensuring pipeline discipline.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology sales.
- Proven success in consultative or value-based selling, managing complex sales cycles end to end.
- Experience in the air cargo, airline or supply-chain industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated self-starter mindset — able to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute independently.
- Take ownership of results — working independently while aligning closely with internal teams on strategy and execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
- Confident engaging (senior) stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT functions.
- Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
