Mid-Weight Headless Word Press Developer - 6-month Fixed Term Contract - £45k
Platform Recruitment have partnered with a digital agency who are Mid-weight Headless Word Press Developer to join their digital team on a contract basis.
This role will work across exciting web projects, collaborating with designers and developers to build fast, scalable sites using Word Press as a headless CMS alongside React and Next.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using headless Word Press architecture
- Implement REST APIs to deliver content from Word Press
- Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility
- Ensure high-quality code through testing and documentation
- Debug and resolve development issues
Key Skills:
- Word Press development experience (themes, plugins, CPTs).
- Strong experience with headless CMS (Word Press + React/Next.js)
- Proficient in PHP, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS, Tailwind
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) block development
