Become a pivotal part of Clio as a Senior Workflow Consultant.
This role offers a mix of remote work and hands-on consulting services to enhance legal workflows across Canada, excluding Quebec.
In this position, candidates must exhibit over five years of experience in workflow strategy and two years in legal roles. Your responsibilities will encompass customer relationship management, software configuration, and providing guidance on effective document generation. Using Salesforce, you will track engagements while improving workflows and suggesting continuous enhancements based on client feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Discuss the value of workflow solutions with customers
• Keep accurate Salesforce records of all customer interactions
• Guide clients to optimize their current workflows
• Set up software configurations tailored to client needs
• Implement efficient document workflows in Clio’s systems
Requirements:
• Over 5 years developing workflow solutions
• 2 years of legal experience or training
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent strategic and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
