Position: Cisco IVR Developer - Hybrid Role

This Senior IVR Developer position on the C&CA team involves developing and supporting innovative DTMF and Voice BOTs. You will play a significant role in a transformational program, impacting business operations while collaborating with technical and design teams. Emphasize quality and efficiency in delivering customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and support DTMF and IVR BOT applications

• Conduct unit testing to meet architecture standards

• Engage with teams on project estimations

• Address integrity issues in the applications

• Provide maintenance support during testing cycles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate required

• Minimum 4 years in CVP DTMF IVR development

• Proficiency in Java and related technologies

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
