Remote Senior DevOps Engineer

Role: Senior Dev Ops Engineer
Salary: £95,000 + 5% Bonus
Location: Bristol (Ideally 1 day a month but flexible)

A leading international law firm is seeking a Solutions Dev Ops Engineer to support the deployment of AI and LLM-powered tools. You'll work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to automate deployments, drive cloud efficiency, and ensure secure, scalable delivery of next-gen legal tech.

• Deploy enterprise-grade AI apps using infrastructure as code

• Automate development, testing, and release pipelines

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

• Act as technical lead on internal and vendor-led projects

• Provide Level 3 support and resolve production incidents

• Integrate the latest NLP/LLM advancements into real-world tools

• Ensure systems meet security, performance, and compliance standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic planning

• 5+ years in infrastructure, 3+ in Dev Ops (Azure-focused)

• Skilled in Microsoft Azure, incl. networking and security

• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML/AI frameworks

• Strong communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset

• Collaborative, quality-focused, and committed to continuous learning

• Comfortable with occasional out-of-hours work or travel
