The Opportunity   Next Match AI LLC  is seeking a highly structured, creative, and data-driven  Social Media Manager  to build, scale, and orchestrate our global digital brand footprint. As our enterprise B2B SaaS solutions and automated talent networks expand across North America and the GCC, establishing a highly authoritative online presence and cultivating vibrant professional communities is paramount.
Operating completely remote from within India, you will serve as the core multi-channel brand coordinator for our platforms. You will manage content strategy, lead organic and paid brand initiatives across major professional networks, and oversee localized audience engagement pipelines. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional growth teams and report directly to our operational hub in  Abu Dhabi .

Key Responsibilities    Cross-Channel Brand Architecture:  Design, schedule, and execute a high-impact organic content calendar across Linked In, X/Twitter, Meta, and dedicated corporate forums to scale platform visibility.
Paid Advertising Strategy Support:  Assist in structuring and monitoring high-volume digital ad assets and tracking copy performance parameters for localized target segments.
Community Cultivation:  Moderate and build interactive corporate brand communities, driving continuous professional dialogue and managing inbound customer touchpoints with absolute poise.
Data-Driven Performance Analytics:  Track, evaluate, and report on key growth indicators, monitoring conversion funnels, engagement velocity, and referral traffic using modern analytics tools.
Reputation & Copy Optimization:  Craft polished corporate copy, technical blogs, and platform announcements, maintaining a unified, authoritative brand voice across all touchpoints.
Who You Are (Requirements)    Proven Brand Building Record:  3+ years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, or Digital Growth Marketer within a fast-paced B2B SaaS company, technology agency, or corporate enterprise environment.

Competency:

Mastery over Linked In growth methodologies, professional community moderation, and advanced scheduling frameworks (Hub Spot, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
Analytical Growth Mindset:  Comfortable parsing customer interaction trends, identifying content-driven traffic spikes, and translating raw media engagement data into actionable commercial initiatives.
Elite Communication Prowess:  Flawless professional verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to write crisp, persuasive copy tailored to executive corporate audiences.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

Base Salary:
