Job Summary:
King Rose Construction is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Coordinator to oversee and support the company’s day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner while optimizing existing IT processes to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
This role will support both onsite and remote users, including the New York office, and requires excellent communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple IT-related tasks effectively.
Shift Timing:
Night
Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST
Experience
Required:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Coordination roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, network connectivity, email, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently to minimize downtime and business interruptions.
Monitor and optimize current IT processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
Identify recurring IT issues and provide suggestions and long-term solutions for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related maintenance and support.
Support employees across multiple office locations, including the New York office.
Maintain IT asset tracking and documentation for systems, devices, and licenses.
Assist with onboarding and setup for new employees, including laptops, email accounts, and system access.
Handle employee offboarding activities including device collection, account deactivation, access removal, and asset documentation.
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of all IT support tickets and requests.
Maintain system security, backups, software updates, and access management as required.
Provide user training and guidance on IT best practices when needed.
Collaborate with management to suggest IT improvements, automation opportunities, and process enhancements.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Windows systems, printers, and cloud-based applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
Experience supporting remote offices or multiple locations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
