Lead Business Central Consultant Remote

Elevate client operations remotely as a Business Central Consulting Manager. Drive D365 implementations and enhance business processes while fostering client partnerships and team excellence.

In this remote position, you will lead functional D365 Business Central projects, guiding clients through all stages from discovery to deployment. You'll partner on key business processes such as finance, purchasing, and inventory management, delivering tailored solutions that improve efficiency. Your mentorship will also support team development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 Business Central implementations from start to finish

• Manage client engagements, scope, and resource allocation

• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

• Oversee quality assurance for project deliverables

• Mentor and coach consulting teams for performance excellence

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central

• Proven experience in functional ERP consulting

• Strong knowledge of finance and operational workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
