Position: Senior Systems Developer - Hybrid Role

CGL is seeking a Senior Systems Developer to lead technology initiatives within its IT Solutions Delivery department. You will utilize your experience with Guidewire products to develop and implement system features, focusing on client needs while providing mentorship to junior colleagues. Your ability to communicate effectively and influence change will contribute to a supportive, thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of system enhancement plans

• Develop and implement medium to large complexity code

• Establish troubleshooting and implementation strategies

• Identify and suggest improvements for application defects

• Facilitate unit testing and project oversight

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in Information Technology

• Proven work with Guidewire solutions throughout development life cycle

• JAVA programming experience is an asset

• Skilled in design and solution formulation

• Necessary educational background in IT or related discipline
