This contract role, available for over 12 months, seeks an experienced Service Now SAM Architect to lead engagements. You will leverage your expertise in Service Now, SAM Pro, and CMDB strategies to ensure successful architecture and governance. Ideal candidates possess strong consulting skills, aligning business objectives with IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture for Service Now SAM Pro CMDB programs

• Define target state architecture across client engagements

• Provide governance for ITAM, ITOM, ITSM work streams

• Establish CMDB operating model and governance alignment

• Drive software normalization and license compliance management

Requirements:

• Proven expertise with Service Now and SAM Pro

• Strong background in CMDB and CSDM concepts

• Experience in integrations and data ingestion

• Consulting experience with client stakeholder management

• Familiarity with software lifecycle policies and optimization
