Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture for Service Now SAM Pro CMDB projects

• Define target state architecture and integrations

• Provide governance across ITAM, ITOM, and Sec Ops

• Lead software lifecycle policies and compliance calculations

• Drive optimization outcomes for software reclamation

Requirements:

• Extensive Service Now experience required

• Knowledge of SAM and CMDB strategies

• Proven consulting and leadership abilities
