Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Specialist, based in Lucknow with some flexibility for remote work. The Data Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimize business processes. Daily tasks will include data analytics, data management, data modeling, and generating actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and maintain data integrity will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to extract meaningful insights from datasets
Experience in Data Management and ensuring the quality, security, and accuracy of data
Proficiency in Data Modeling to design and maintain database structures
Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and offer actionable recommendations
Proficient in relevant data analysis tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Experience in the metal or manufacturing industry is a plus
