Compugen Inc is seeking a Bilingual System Administrator to engage in hybrid/remote work. This role demands expertise in server management, security account administration, and outage diagnosis. You'll need to follow ITIL processes for service requests while delivering high-quality technical documentation to support our dynamic teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrate Windows/Linux and cloud-based servers

• Create and manage security accounts effectively

• Diagnose and resolve system outages promptly

• Apply necessary security patches to systems

• Participate in the lifecycle management of solutions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in infrastructure support environments

• Proficient in Windows/Linux/Cloud systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Citrix preferred

• Strong customer service and technical documentation skills

• Effective communicator in both English and French
