Intermediate Power BI Analyst - Remote

Tri-global Solutions Group needs a skilled Intermediate Business Intelligence Analyst. This remote role focuses on Power BI and enhances regulatory processes for the Government of Alberta.

In the role, you'll work closely with the Ministry of Technology and Innovation to create and maintain data models using Power BI, with an emphasis on analytics and business intelligence. Your expertise in visual analytics will guide your development of dashboards tailored to operational needs. You'll ensure data integrity and deliver insightful reports that influence policy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create advanced dashboards and scorecards in Power BI

• Collaborate with data architects on data pipelines

• Translate ambiguous business questions into BI solutions

• Present insights clearly for executive teams

• Optimize reporting tools for performance and security

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in BI analytics

• Strong background in Power BI dashboard design

• 4+ years in data accuracy verification techniques

• Proficient in SQL for analyzing large datasets
